About the Firm
Clay & Associates Advocates was founded on a straightforward premise: that legal services in Kenya can be delivered with greater transparency, efficiency, and commercial relevance than the traditional model offers. We are a Nairobi-based law firm serving businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals across Kenya and East Africa.
Our founder, Clay Odari, established the firm after recognising that many clients, particularly SMEs, startups, and individuals, were underserved. Either fees were prohibitive, communication was opaque, or advice was disconnected from commercial reality. Clay & Associates was built to address all three.
From our offices at Nextgen Mall on Mombasa Road, Nairobi, we operate a full-service practice spanning corporate and commercial advisory, litigation and dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. We are deliberately structured to be agile: small enough for senior-level attention on every matter, equipped to handle complex, multi-faceted engagements.
Our firm maintains professional indemnity cover of KES 15,000,000, with capacity to increase based on engagement requirements.
