Founder and Managing Partner
Clay Odari is the founder and managing partner of Clay & Associates Advocates. He established the firm with a commitment to delivering legal services that are accessible, commercially relevant and grounded in the highest standards of professional practice.
Associate Advocate
Sarah handles civil litigation, employment disputes and regulatory compliance matters across the firm's practice areas, bringing diligent case preparation and a client-focused approach to every engagement.
Legal Assistant
Adisa supports the firm's litigation, intellectual property and commercial practice areas. She conducts legal research, prepares court documents and matter bundles, and manages client files under the supervision of an admitted advocate. Adisa holds an LLB and is awaiting admission to the Roll of Advocates.
Client Services
Mercy coordinates client intake, scheduling and firm administration. She is the first point of contact for new enquiries and makes sure every client has a responsive, organised experience from the first interaction.
