ManufacturingManufacturing and Factory Licensing
We guide investors and factory owners through the layered licensing framework spanning national regulators, county governments, and sector-specific agencies needed to set up or scale a manufacturing plant. This gives a manufacturer a licensing roadmap built for its specific sector, not a generic checklist.
ManufacturingOccupational Safety and DOSH Compliance
We advise manufacturers on factory registration, risk assessment, and inspection requirements under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 2007, enforced by the Directorate of Occupational Safety and Health Services. This keeps a factory compliant with a regulator that has real enforcement teeth over machinery- and chemical-heavy workplaces.
